Extraordinary doctor with an ideal combination of knowledge, rapport, and empathy. He really listens, and he responds with an appropriate amount of detail and the ability to explain clearly. He has ideal concern for his patients, in my experience. I am very pleased that Dr. Friedman, when he retired, managed to get Dr. Shanmugasundaram to take me on as a patient.
