I am interested in the application of mindfulness-based interventions to counteract stress in high performance environments. I am also a lifelong athlete who has accumulated numerous honors and national recognition from USA Triathlon and US Masters Swimming. I am a native Floridian who enjoys being in nature, classic Italian cooking, and spending time with family and friends.
