Care Philosophy

I believe that exceptional obstetric and gynecologic care begins with deep respect for each patient’s lived experience, values, and goals. As a physician specializing in complex family planning, I am committed to providing evidence-based, compassionate care for patients navigating medically and emotionally complex decisions. My approach is grounded in the principles of reproductive justice—ensuring that every individual has the right to make informed decisions about their body, their fertility, and their future.
Patient autonomy is central to my practice. I strive to create a supportive environment where patients feel heard, respected, and empowered to make the choices that are right for them. Through clear, honest, and empathetic communication, I aim to build trust and ensure that patients fully understand their options, risks, and outcomes.
I am dedicated to clinical excellence and collaborative care, particularly in complex cases that require nuanced decision-making. My goal is to partner with each patient, providing not only expert medical care but also advocacy and support during some of the most important and vulnerable moments of their lives.

Interests & Activities

I am first a foremost a Mom, wife and daughter and I cherish the time I get to spend with family. Wellness for me looks like a 30-minute session at the gym followed by an iced tea or coffee while reading an excellent book. If I am not working or with family, you’ll find me whipping up a new meal or attempting to bake- I am not fancy but I love to experiment in the kitchen! Other small joys include: podcasts on my long drive, spending time teaching medical students and residents, dance fitness, and dinner dates with good friends at new incredible restaurants.
