I am a Family Nurse Practitioner. My clinical interests are health promotion and disease prevention for patients of all ages, including infants, adolescents, adults, and seniors. I am passionate about primary and preventive health, mental health, women's health and the management of chronic conditions such as heart disease and diabetes.

I love to cook, knit, paint, and explore the outdoors. I stay active through swimming and yoga, and practice mindfulness and energy healing. I also love to travel and discover new places but cherish spending quality time with my husband and our three children.
