Care Philosophy
My care philosophy is shaped by the qualities that define my personal character: Dedication and compassion. I am dedicated to my role as a healthcare provider and approaching each patient holistically. With every patient, I strive to express compassion, understanding, and respect during an unsettling time for most patients. It is important that during our visits my patients feel comfortable sharing any of their questions/concerns. I use our time to provide teaching and answer in manner that facilitates understanding, patient-centeredness, and positive outcomes.
Specializing In
My specialty focus is Thoracic Surgery. Within my role, I assist patients throughout their perioperative experience such as postoperative clinic visits and working alongside the surgeon as a first assist within the surgeries. In addition, patients may be referred to our lung nodule clinic for consultation and lung nodule surveillance/lung cancer screening.
Interests & Activities
I love the outdoors enjoying various activities such as hiking, kayaking, gardening, and running. Music and playing guitar are my passion as well.
