I believe in looking at the whole patient, not just their cardiac issues. When it comes to advanced heart failure and transplant it is vitally important to work as a team with the patient and their families. I find the best way to do this is to explore what the patient really wants, such as quality of life or quantity of life, so we can work together to meet their goals.

In my off time I like to hike, travel, do yoga, work around my house and read. I love to explore Tucson as there are so many great things to do here. I have a Corgi/mini-Aussie mix puppy who also keeps me busy.
