Care Philosophy
My background is in public health and I grew up in a medically
underserved community, so I recognize that health issues are not always as
simple as we would like them to be. I like to get to know people and help them
reach their goals in a way that is attainable and sustainable.
Interests & Activities
I enjoy getting outside when I can with camping, hiking, snowboarding,
paddleboarding, kayaking, or just playing with my dogs. When I'm inside I like to
craft, draw, knit, crochet, paint and always enjoy a good book. I have two dogs
and two cats that keep me busy in between my hobbies.

Shannon Shaw is one of the best OB's I've seen in my whole life. I'm 44 with 4 kids. She was nice, welcoming, and professional all at the same time. She listened and asked questions without being condescending. She asked to understand. Her and her staff made me feel like I was part of the process vs. just being told what to do. Her and her staff are top notch!!
