Shannon Packard was able to address all of my concerns regarding my recent injury and is going above and beyond and her attempts to coordinate my recovery and plan an advance for my need for other imaging like an MRI. She not only addressed my physical concerns, but also addressed my emotional and mental health concerns as well. You can tell she was a very genuine provider and really cared about getting me the medical help that I need and as fast as possible. She also has a really good bedside manner even though our interaction was through telehealth. I couldn't have asked for a better provider.
