I believe in a patient-centered approach that integrates both mind and body to deliver comprehensive medical care. My goal is to empower patients through education, encouraging active participation in their health and well-being.
Interests & Activities
I love staying active whether that be working out with friends, hiking, playing pickleball, yoga, Pilates, or camping. I also enjoy my time off spending time with my husband, Josh, and our two dogs, Luna and Koda.
