Sam is awesome! He is a great listener and an awesome teacher! I was struggling with my arm brace and putting it on. First he checked it to make sure that it was operating correctly, then he showed me how to put it on easily by making an L with it and my arm. Trust me, I'm super grateful. It takes me 20 less minutes every day to get it on now.
