Care Philosophy
My philosophy of care is rooted in taking care of the person as a whole - body, mind and spirt. I believe every patient deserves individualized, evidence-based care that motivates and empowers them to live a healthy life.
Interests & Activities
Family first, but I also love horticulture, walking, hiking, anything outside. I enjoy working with my hands in textile crafts. I am an avid baker, plus I cheer for all of our Colorado sports teams!
