Family Medicine

Outside of clinical practice, I value time with family and friends, personal wellness, and lifelong learning. I enjoy activities that promote balance and renewal, including fitness, reading and community involvement. Maintaining a healthy personal life allows me to bring energy, empathy and focus to the care I provide my patients.
