Care Philosophy

My goal is to create a safe place for each client to be able to share their thoughts, feelings, fears, and maybe even for the first time. Each client is treated with respect, compassion, non-judgmentally along with being culturally sensitive. My approach centers on that the belief that change is possible to live a healthy, happy, and productive life.

Interests & Activities

I enjoy biking, walking, going to garage sales, spending time with my family, and re-landscaping my yard every couple of years. I also enjoy gardening, watching Sci-Fi movies about aliens, as well as classic and current comedy sitcoms.
