I strive to ensure every patient fully understands their condition and all available treatment options—both surgical and non-surgical—so we can make decisions together that align with their goals and lifestyle. My care is guided by the latest evidence in urogynecology, with a focus on safety, compassion, and restoring quality of life.
Interests & Activities
Outside of medicine, I enjoy resistance training and staying active outdoors, whether walking in nature or exploring new places. I love traveling, discovering new cuisines, reading, and spending meaningful time with my family.

Dr. Trowers was amazing. It's an uncomfortable topic, but she made you feel comfortable and safe to share all my symptoms. She explained everything and gave me literature to read up on it. Loved her and I wish I dealt with my issue sooner.
