Care Philosophy
My goal is to take a patient-as-partner and family-as-partner approach to medicine by inviting families to partner in all aspects of not only their medical care, but in education and research as well. I hope to empower children and their caregivers to take a leading role in their health, and help them to develop a plan to meet their health goals.

Interests & Activities
My professional interests include using the HOPE framework to mitigate the effects of toxic stress and adverse childhood events, behavioral healthcare, medical education, and integrating the patient-as-partner approach. Another professional priority of mine is to create a medical home for my patients, especially for children with chronic conditions.
A few of my personal interests include roller skating, cooking, baking, face painting, martial arts, and hiking.
