Dr Noce is an awesome provider. He didn't come in to the room having already made a decision about what he thought my problem was!! He sat down with me, listened to my concerns, discussed options with me AND told me why he thought the options might work. I felt like he gave me hope that my hand could still get better but not false in thinking that it would be back to the 100% it was before surgery!! He was very kind!!
