I can't say enough good things about Dr. Monica Janssen, she is just absolutely amazing! Not only is she a skilled professional but she exemplifies the highest standards of medical excellence and compassion. I've had doctors in the past that I felt like didn't listen to me. She listens but more importantly, from the moment I walked into the office, I felt heard, respected, and genuinely cared for. Unlike many experiences I've had in the past. Dr Janssen has been one of the most attentive and compassionate physicians I've ever met.

Monica listens and gets to know me. She accepts that sometimes her patients may not follow their health plans strictly. Whether due to family situations, job stress, vacations, or whatever life throws at us. But, she helps us get back on track when we do step off that track.

She is PHENOMENAL. She Actually read back into the file for past tests and treatments. Most doctors just ask or don't care. She's VERY thorough, kind , considerate, and GENUINELY cares about her patients.

I want to stop recommending Monica because it's difficult sometimes to get into her but in reality it's only because she is so good - she is totally worth the wait! I've never had someone take care of my family like she does she treats all of us with so much respect and is realistic of what we should be doing for exercise and eating etc
