Interests & Activities
My interests include real-world applications of sleep and health, non-medication treatments of sleep disorders such as insomnia, and treatment of medical and mental health issues that impact sleep.
My research interests include understanding the downstream neurocognitive, behavioral, and cardio metabolic impacts of sleep loss, the upstream social, environmental, and behavioral determinants of sleep, and real-world strategies for improving sleep.
