Dr. Zaher is a fellowship-trained neurosurgeon with expertise in skull base, neurotrauma, and cerebrovascular neurosurgery. His clinical practice focuses on the treatment of complex brain and spinal tumors, traumatic brain and spinal injuries, and minimally invasive cranial procedures, including keyhole and endoscopic surgery. He manages a wide range of cerebrovascular conditions, with a particular interest in microvascular decompression for trigeminal neuralgia and hemifacial spasm, as well as cranial surgery for treating aneurysms and vascular malformations.
He currently practices at Banner – University Medical Center Phoenix, where he is committed to delivering advanced, patient-centered neurosurgical care.
