Dr. Gretzer is just an amazing provider!! Other experiences I have had in the past with specialists (not Banner specifically) have been like warm at best. Dr. Gretzer is friendly and just genuinely a nice guy!! He shows humility and respect and knows how to talk at your level (i.e., does not throw complicated medical jargon at you). I have really enjoyed having him as my urologist. I would not trust my care with anyone else!!
