I switched from Honor Health to Banner because I felt I wasn't receiving the treatment or care I deserved. However, my experience with Dr. Kushnir has been completely different. She treated me with care, dignity, and empathy. To my surprise, she called me the same day to discuss my lab results. It was a refreshing experience to have a physician reach out to discuss my next steps. I feel incredibly relieved to be under her care. I could sense that she had taken the time to review my medical records, and I didn't have to recount my entire story because she already knew it. Banner has truly exceeded my expectations. From scheduling appointments to having a patient advocate call to discuss barriers or concerns before my appointment, I have never experienced such exceptional support in a clinical setting.
