Care Philosophy
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Licensed Addiction Counselor. I believe life is complicated and sometimes throws things in our path that seem difficult or even insurmountable to manage. I believe we all want to do our best and be our best for ourselves and those we care about. Sometimes we need help to manage those complicated things in our way. I genuinely appreciate my clients being willing to share their journey with me. I utilize, DBT, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR and Mindfulness techniques in my practice.

I enjoy spending time with my family. Anything outside, playing with my dogs, going for walks, spending time at the lake and really any body of water. I love to travel and see new things. I like being at home, and the occasional decorating, craft or remodeling projects. I like downtime, cooking, baking, movies and reading when I can carve out the time.
