I am focused on acute care/family practice and began practicing in 2018. A trusting relationship and evidenced based medicine are the foundation of my practice. I am passionate about partnering with my patients to help improve their overall wellness.

I was born and raised in Colorado and love the outdoors. I especially enjoy hiking, biking, climbing and traveling. Most of my free time is spent playing with my husband and two kids. I have lived in Japan and have also studied abroad in both China and Australia.
