Kristin Jecius, MD

Our breast imaging team demonstrates exceptional compassion and sensitivity, recognizing the emotional and psychological impact of breast health issues. They work closely with patients and referring clinicians to ensure clear communication, address concerns, and support patients through every step of their care journey.

Specializes in identifying and diagnosing breast conditions, including breast cancer, benign cysts, and fibroadenomas, through advanced imaging such as mammograms, ultrasounds, and breast MRIs. They also perform image-guided procedures to evaluate and diagnose suspicious findings.

Dr. Jecius is passionate about patient care, community service and global health. Her service includes participation in medical outreach in the Dominican Republic, humanitarian home-building trips to Mexico, and community health initiatives recognized through the University of Arizona College of Medicine–Phoenix Global Health Certificate of Distinction.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Jecius enjoys running, hiking, golf, reading and church involvement. She is a strong advocate for nutrition as medicine and culturally responsive healthcare.
