Care Philosophy
I believe in walking beside my patients on their health journeys getting to know them: What’s important to them, who they are important to, what they enjoy in life, and the values they live by. This helps me partner with them so that we can work together on treatment plans that best fit within the context of their lives. I enjoy seeing patients of all ages and life experiences managing a variety of chronic conditions, working on new health concerns, and performing an assortment of procedures. I also have a special interest in serving my beloved LGBTQ+ community and proudly provide gender-affirming care.
Interests & Activities
Music and food are two of my biggest passions outside of medicine. I play a few instruments including piano, guitar, bass, ukulele, melodica, love discovering new music and artists, and going out to concerts and karaoke to let out my inner diva. I cook from various cuisines and have baked several different varieties of crinkle cookies. Also enjoy reading slice-of-life stories and philosophy, listening to role-playing game podcasts, playing video and board games, strength training, hiking, and spending time with my partner and two cats.
