The NP was very thorough. She explained everything to me in very understandable terms. We decided a change in medication was needed, she explained to me 3 times how to take the correct dosage, Possible side effects to monitor for and what I should except with the new dosage. The NP made sure I completely understood the change and was able to repeat back to her the new increased dosage. She showed compassion and knowledge at the same time.

Kim is so hands on, very caring and very professional.
