Kevin Liu was fantastic he was well acquainted with my medical past listened carefully to my description of what was happening used this info during the procedure and repeated it back to me with the results as well as his opinion of my choices in how to proceed. I felt I was in trusted hands I just wished he practiced in Tucson!

My wife and I are both retired health care professionals (pediatrician and dentist), the experience of which helped us all the more to appreciate the good care. Dr. Liu's care was excellent in every respect.

Friendly competent explained everything in a way that I could understand. He didn't talk down to me. A lot of doctors are superior acting, condescending pompous asses. He was not. I really liked him.

Dr. Liu himself came into the exam room and explained the computer failure. He explained it was just back online and give him 5 minutes to review my records. Exactly 5 minutes later, he returned with two other professionals. He politely introduced them and explained their jobs. Then we addressed my issues. He was forthright, knowledgeable and had a plan of action. I feel fortunate to have Dr. Liu as my GI doctor.
