I believe in empowering patients to meet their healthcare goals, helping them feel confident in making positive changes that benefit their overall health. I strive to collaborate closely with patients to create treatment plans that support general wellbeing and incorporate patient-specific goals.

• Blood thinning (anticoagulation)
• Cholesterol
• Diabetes and prediabetes 
• High blood pressure
• Respiratory issues, such as asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD)
• Tobacco cessation

Interests & Activities

Outside of work I enjoy playing board games, spending time with family, and working on crafts. I also love spending time outdoors, particularly hiking and paddleboarding, and enjoy visiting beautiful national parks in other states when able.
