Kaitlyn is a very caring professional. Always interested and involved in treatment. Asks pertinent questions and arrives at the treatment plan WITH the patient. Follows up with all requests and checks in regularly, making sure treatment plans meet the needs of the patient. All staff from receptionists to schedulers to MA/Nurses annd physicians are incredibly sensitive to patient needs. Highly recommend!
