Well-trained in comprehensive family medicine, I am particularly passionate about preventative and lifestyle medicine. During my training, I also emphasized women's healthcare, including procedural contraception care. I provide a range of procedures including gynecological care, joint injections, skin biopsy, and basic fracture and wound care.
Interests & Activities
Outdoor adventures. Skiing is my favorite hobby, with hiking, camping, and biking taking priority once the snow has melted. I'm also a passionate home cook!

Dr Nelson actually listens and doesn't just go on her own agenda. She repeats what you say for clarification and makes sure you agree with going forward on plan of action. I am very impressed with Dr Nelson and look forward to a long time relationship with her as my primary physician.

Dr. Nelson is great at listening, asking more questions, and making sure that your needs are addressed. I have chronic issues and have seen a lot of doctors and specialists and I've really enjoyed Dr. Nelson and her bedside manner so far!

Dr. Nelson thoroughly explained my choices to me even without me asking. She listened to me very well. She showed compassion and kindness at every point in my visit.
