I enjoy being outside whenever I can; hiking, running or cycling. I have a passion for running and running marathons is my favorite!

I prioritize the patient’s needs and values first. I will meet the patient where they are at in their health journey while showing the highest level of respect and compassion. Building trust with the patient is very important to me to help them meet their goals.
