Joleen Emami did a fantastic job explaining things to me. Also, she listened to me. She slowed down and took the time to really see me. She explained things in a way I could understand and she answered my questions, all without making me feel rushed. This is the way it should be with all docs, NP's and healthcare professionals.

Jolene is absolutely incredible! I had never seen her before, but when she came into the room, she knew everything about my medical history, including diagnosis, medication's, physicians, test results, etc. She explained to me the extent of my condition, and what the best course of treatment would be. She did not push me into anything, but let me make the decision. She was extremely respectful, and did not make me feel as though my concerns were insignificant. I was actually very comfortable with her. She is knowledgeable, well experienced and has all her facts together..
