Dr Twelker was FANTASTIC! He addressed all my concerns and questions and although I know he was busy, did not rush to make sure I understood everything. He is excellent with his patient communication and made sure I understood everything in a very compassionate and caring way!

He explained things clearly. He listened to my input and took it seriously. He diagnosed a potentially serious condition and reassured me it was treatable. He was positive and encouraging. He seems to really know his stuff.
