Care Philosophy
Patients often come to a neurosurgeon after receiving unexpected or life-changing news. I consider it a privilege to help patients and their families navigate these difficult and often complex decisions. I take time to understand what matters most to each person, explain their condition and treatment options clearly, and work with them to develop an individualized plan of care.
As a vascular neurosurgeon, I offer a comprehensive approach to cerebrovascular and spinal vascular disease that may include observation or medical therapy, endovascular treatment, open microsurgery, or stereotactic radiosurgery. Having multiple treatment options allows me to tailor treatment to the individual patient rather than the procedure.
My goal is to combine thoughtful decision-making, the best available evidence and technology, and advanced neurosurgical techniques to provide care that is safe, effective, and compassionate.
