I focus on developing trusting, warm relationships, and creating a safe and nurturing space where one can gain self-understanding and insight, that would lead to growth through life challenges. I provide individual and family therapy, address parental issues, and general consultations to children, adolescents, and adults. I use evidenced-based approaches, specializing in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness and Behavior Management Skills.

Excellent treatment by psychologist Dr. Joanna Katsanis. Ease of making appointment and changing last minute to an audio meeting (caused by an extreme traffic delay).
