Jessica Majcherek saw me on a Friday afternoon at 4,30 until after 5 pm. I later learned she was on vacation immediately after finishing her day. You would have never known that It was the end of a hectic work week just prior to her vacation. She was gracious, helpful, efficient and knowledgeable. In addition, my doctor, Jonida Krate, her assistant, Osvaldo and both nurse practicians (Jessica and Alyson Duda) speak to me at my level (respect my limited knowledge of healthcare). It is so good to know that I have all these resources through the Banner system.
