The foundation of my practice is using non-judgmental curiosity to help my patient's understand their own experience and working with therapy and medications to empower people to build a life worth living.

My clinical interests include trauma-informed care, resilience training, meditative practice and the treatment of trauma, anxiety & mood disorders.
I enjoy medical education, meditation, writing, physical training, gardening and traditional folk music.
