Janelle was very helpful and personable! She listened to the symptoms my son was experiencing and was concerned about his well-being and getting to the bottom of what was happening with him. She determined his issue was not ENT related but she still went above and beyond to make sure we got scheduled in a timely manner with the type of doctor we needed to see. As a parent I am so grateful for the steps she took to make sure we were taken care of. Thank you, Janelle!
