I believe nutrition is medicine, fuel, and comfort. I also believe that no food is inherently "good" or "bad". I focus on helping individuals understand how their food choices and overall eating patterns can nourish the body, support health, and contribute to a fulfilling life.
My approach to nutrition care is patient-centered, compassionate, and grounded in science.

Weight management

Outside of work I love spending time with my animals, husband, and friends. I also like trying new restaurants and traveling.
