Heather Arseneau, DO

My approach is collaborative and focuses on the whole person. I look beyond symptoms to understand factors that may contribute to a patient's health, including nutrition, movement, sleep, stress, and daily habits. I have a passion for preventive medicine, lifestyle education, and building meaningful relationships with my patients. In addition to comprehensive adult primary care, I have special interests in headache medicine and integrative medicine. Above all, I want my patients to feel heard, respected, and actively involved in their care.

Outside of medicine, I enjoy spending time with my fiancé and our two dogs, staying active, exploring new foods and restaurants, and visiting local farmers markets. I also value spending time with family and friends and enjoying Arizona's beautiful outdoors.
