His reputation found me on Google when I wasn't even googling him. He listen's, he cares, he respected my wishes in treatment, he was respectful about every thing. He listened to what I thought and why which takes time. He showed me anatomy and before & after photos of having to take my nose off, after having an invasive tumor removed and then reconstructed. He didn't rush me. And I definitely like that he has a very good reputation.
