Care Philosophy

My approach to orthopedic care goes beyond treating symptoms - I prefer to focus on the whole person. I believe optimal musculoskeletal health is deeply connected with a patient's overall physical, emotional, and lifestyle well-being. While evidence-based orthopedic interventions form the foundation of my care, I also consider factors such as physical activity, nutrition, and social support systems.

Whether addressing chronic joint pain, post-operative recovery, or injury prevention, I prioritize patient education, functional movement, and long-term wellness. I collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure a comprehensive treatment plan tailored to each individual's unique needs and goals.

Ultimately, my goal is to empower patients with the knowledge, tools, and support they need to not only recover, but thrive in their daily lives.

Outside of work, I enjoy staying active and spending time outdoors - whether it's hiking local trails, running, or paddleboarding on the water. These activities not only keep me physically fit but also help me stay connected to the lifestyle I encourage in my patients. I also love unwinding with a good mystery novel and getting involved in community volunteer work whenever I can. Staying engaged in these interests helps me bring balance to my life and reinforces my commitment to whole-person wellness - something I strive to pass on to those in my care.
