I was very anxious about having a reverse total shoulder surgery and had to schedule two appointments. Because of my anxiety, I couldn't schedule the surgery during my first appointment. At my second appointment, Dr. Padley patiently listened to all questions I had during my first appointment, again.

I went to Dr. Padley for a second opinion about a surgery. The first surgeon I saw was a surgeon who I had received treatment for shoulder surgery in the past. After meeting with Dr. Padley I went ahead and scheduled my second surgery with him because of his kindness, and the time he took explaining everything to me and taking all the time that I felt I needed to explain things thoroughly and to my understanding without rushing me at all.
