I was really impressed with how Dr. Nguyen handled my case, especially after seeing a litany of doctors before coming to him who spent little time with me and only wanted to hear about the symptoms of one body system instead of looking at the whole picture. Dr. Nguyen gave me time to tell my whole story, gave me a clear understanding of the underlying cause of my condition, laid out a clear treatment strategy both with medication and rehabilitative therapy, and left room for me to ask questions, even though he had answered most of them. He was also friendly and easy to talk to about my condition.

Dr. Nguyen is actually my husband's PCP but I saw him because my doctor was not in office. I like both of them. Dr. Nguyen was easy to talk to and very helpful. My husband has some medical anxiety and Dr. Nguyen's calm demeanor has been a godsend. He quickly connected my husband to a specialist and has made it so he will go to the doctor.

Maybe, it's because I am honest with him. I have told him what a wonderful sense of security I have, being one of his patients. He is so knowledgeable and so good at his job, but he is totally at ease with being George, as well as he is being my PCP. He isn't JUST a professional - he is a real person. He doesn't put any distance between us. We both know he is the Authority figure, but he never makes me feel that I am less than his equal. That is REALLY rare.
