Dr. Wong listened to my problems, reviewed my MRI and provided me excellent recommendations customized to me. She had knowledge of the mechanics of my sports activities so she was able to give advice specific to my applications. Finally, she showed great compassion and truly cared about helping me. Furthermore, the nurse was unable to reach me, so Dr. Wong personally called me to ensure that I was provided an After Visit Summary. She then explained everything thoroughly and completely. She patiently answered my questions. This really helped me to understand what I need to do and eased my mind. I'm very encouraged by her and the plan she has for me.
