She listened to all my concerns and helped me to get all the appointments set up I needed.

She appears to have the patient's best interest at heart. Her attention to my health issues demonstrated a thorough understanding of how anxious a patient can be when faced with unknown issues, and she took the time to try and put me at ease. In other words, she did not appear to be rushed in the care and counseling she provided.
