He is extremely knowledgeable and always provides exceptional care, listening as well as questioning and finally, explaining diagnosis and treatment. He also has a very welcoming and laid back bedside manner which is reflected in the attitude and approach to care of all the other medical professionals and clerical staff. Several of the nurses almost make being sick(thus being there) fun.
