Dr Lattes is an incredible doctor. She listened thoroughly, then came up with a specific plan to address my issue. She even summarized the plan we had spoken about with specific instructions into a patient portal message to me, so that I could refer back to this if I had any further questions or if I forgot any instructions. She genuinely cares, and made sure to follow up with me to see if my condition had resolved. I am so thankful that I had gotten into see her when I did. I appreciate her also discussing next steps, incase the treatment she prescribed didn't work.
