Dr. Heaston showed compassion and excellent knowledge and skill for the required surgery. My experience was that I had less pain immediately after the surgery than before and was off prescription meds after the 3rd day. The post op visit was informative, and I received his advice of follow up Physical therapy and recovery expectations.

Dr Heaston was very straightforward with me about the pros and cons of treatment for my shoulder injury. I very much appreciate his advice and that he didn't push me into surgery. The information he gave me regarding conservative treatment was very helpful and I've been putting it to good use.

First of all Stacy Merritt - in charge of surgical unit - gave kudos to Dr Heaston- she told my daughter that Dr Heaston is a very good Dr and will take very good care of me. Thot made me feel good and he was exactly that- was very concerned of my situation.
