First time in a long time that a doctor actually provided care. Patient was in a wheelchair and could not transfer into the exam chair. He worked around that inconvenience with a smile. He removed wax from the patients ears carefully. Had excellent bedside manner; personable, professional, efficient, kind and gentle. Very impressed. An unexpected experience. Refreshing. A doctor that actually made eye contact and touched the patient. Rare occurrence.
